Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at ISA IMPEX, you will be the engine of our IT Staffing division. You will identify, engage, and guide top-tier technology professionals through our hiring process, matching their skills with the strategic needs of our diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks, job boards).
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BSc in Human Resources, IT, or relevant field.
